What You'll Do
👥 Support at least two assigned mentees throughout the duration of the 3-month program.
📆 Check in with each mentee at least once per month to ensure progress and engagement.
📦 Ensure your mentees complete all required packages and training modules before stepping on set.
❓ Answer mentee questions to the best of your ability with support from The Good Union management team.
✍️ Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to your mentees throughout the program.
🎬 Attend a minimum of two (2) days of on-set shooting per project and assist with practical learning.
🗓 Remain available for limited communications and check-ins throughout the duration of the 3-month program.
