What You'll Do
๐ฅ Support at least two assigned mentees throughout the duration of the 3-month program.
๐ Check in with each mentee at least once per month to ensure progress and engagement.
๐ฆ Ensure your mentees complete all required packages and training modules before stepping on set.
โ Answer mentee questions to the best of your ability with support from The Good Union management team.
โ๏ธ Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to your mentees throughout the program.
๐ฌ Attend a minimum of two (2) days of on-set shooting per project and assist with practical learning.
๐ Remain available for limited communications and check-ins throughout the duration of the 3-month program.
